Hernan migrated to the U.S. eight years ago to pursue the promises of the American dream. Starting his career with a local insulation company in Las Vegas, Hernan quickly advanced through the ranks of the Local 135 Union Hall. His journey led him to manage high-profile projects such as Switch and Circa, where his lead-by-example philosophy inspired those around him.
